Entrance

The entrance of any building should as far as possible be the main entrance used by everyone, inline with universal design principles, and thus be made accessible.

Entrances should be built considering the paths that lead to it (from the street/path, from another building, from the parking area, from the house to the latrine), and be easily located by the use of vivid colors and appropriate signage.

Sufficient space should be found in front of the doors in order for wheelchair users to open them (at least a square of 150 cm x 150 cm).
